Common integration and purchasing questions

Clarify settings, secret isolation, failed requests, and invoice expectations.

Where do I get the base URL, and can keys be shared?

Obtain the confirmed base URL, model identifier, and authentication method from support rather than guessing an address. Isolate each key by purpose and environment, and keep it in a controlled server environment. Do not embed secrets in a browser or share a personal credential across the team. Confirm any available permission controls separately.

Should failed requests be retried immediately?

Not always. Distinguish authentication, parameter, limit, and temporary failures before choosing correction or bounded backoff. If work may already have completed or triggered another action, check duplicate risks first. Whether a failed request is charged cannot be inferred from an error screen; reconcile it against applicable terms and records.

How do I confirm invoices and availability?

Tell support the purchasing entity and document requirements, then confirm whether the required invoice or other evidence can be supplied, how it is delivered, and how amendments work. A model or tool appearing in navigation does not establish availability. Confirm actual protocols, model access, and commercial terms before scheduling adoption.
